Team Practices & Check In

Pool Play
- All teams will compete in 2 pool play games
Skills Competitions
- Players will have the opportunity to compete in the skills competitions. These events are optional. (Click Here for More Information)
Bracket Play
- All teams will be seeded into split Brackets based on pool play results
- Brackets with more than 4 teams will be split into smaller brackets, this is done to help with the pitching limitations that have been placed on the event and to allow players to enjoy themselves at the event!

There will be no refunds issued for this event. Any player requesting to be removed from the event after registering will not receive a refund for the event. Items will be shipped to the player after the completion of the event at the expense of the athlete.
Nominations are rewarded to teams that participate in a USSSA Tournament during the 2026 Season and to any player who participated in the National All State Championship or the 2025 All State Games.

Coaches will be selected via the coaches application form.
General Information
All players will wear their regular season uniform to the park on Friday for the team practice and the player welcome! This allows everyone to rep their team on Friday and showcase all the teams represented at the event. On Saturday and Sunday players will wear their Gulf Coast Championship All State Jersey. Team managers will let everyone know which jersey to wear for each day.
Athletes will need to bring
Navy Socks and a Navy Belt.
All State jerseys will be given out on Friday at the scheduled team practice. All State Rings will be given out at the player welcome event on Friday night!

Airport Park will be the main hub for the event.
Divisions will be assigned to complexes as the event draws near and the registration process closes.
There is no individual check in for the event. Team managers will check-in and receive all items for the players on their rosters.
